NEW CONSTRUCTION
Let Lisa work with ownership to directly oversee the interior design process and firm. Lisa will engage with project consultants, manage the aesthetic direction, and oversee the design development phases. All while advocating for the client's interests, negotiating and ensure high quality is delivered.
DeLove Consulting will provide Interior Design Management Services for interior public spaces including Main Lobby, Mailroom/Package, Concierge, Leasing Office, Elevators, Restrooms, Amenity Areas, Common Hallway and Residential Hallways.

– Work with Client's chosen design firm or source firms for consideration.
– Work with Client to generate RFP outlining scope of interior design work.
– Proposal review to ensure all deliverables are accounted for and scope is fully addressed.

– Coordinate presentation dates, drawing schedules and project consultant coordination meetings.
– Review and provide detailed comments throughout Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents phases.
– Review monthly invoices for approval, ensuring work has been completed.

– Initiate preliminary FF&E budget.
– Initiate FF&E selections - review of the entire package and provide detailed comments to all itemsincluding furniture, fabrics, artwork, accessories, and greenery.
– Ensure all FF&E is ordered and installation dates are met.

DeLove Consulting will provide unit finish specifications for ground up and value add projects. Working directly with the client to identify the specific design trends for their project while being mindful of product cost and sourcing.
